Custom orders:
Custom orders can be made by e-mailing a description to mailbox@jewlboxstore.com with the following information: 1. Detailed description of the item you are requesting 2. Color, type and size of materials 3. Length of necklace or bracelet
Your custom order will be verified with a reply email including the description, material deposit to be paid in advance and final amount due once the item is shipped to you.
Custom jewelry will be made upon receipt of payment of a non-refundable 50% materials deposit.
Custom jewelry will be completed 2 weeks from the receipt of deposit if all materials are available and no more than 3 weeks if any materials are not in stock at the time of order.
Once your custom order is complete, you will be contacted for final payment on the balance. Items will be shipped to you after all funds have been received.
All custom orders sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders. No exceptions.

Repairs or Alterations:
All items are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase to be repaired, altered or replaced. Send email request to mailbox@jewlboxstore.com and you will be provided with a return address.
After 90 days and up to a year of the date of purchase you may return your item for repair or alteration free of labor charges but you will need to include a check for $4.00 when returning the item to cover shipping and handling charges.
JewlBoxStore does not accept return items for repair, alteration or replacement after one year from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns:
Since each piece is handcrafted, JewlBoxStore can not guarantee an exact replacement for any item. You will be notified if your item is one-of-a-kind and will be given alternate selections for your replacement.

You must send email with the description of why you are returning and whether you would like to exchange the item or receive a credit. You will then be provided an address to return the product. Send email to mailbox@jewlboxstore.com
When returning an item it must be in original "as new" condition
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for insuring the item being returned. JewlBoxStore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are not insured.
The item must be packaged securely in the original or similar packaging as was shipped to you.
